How can I find the products that I am looking for?
There are several ways to look for products on our website. You can search by brand, keyword or choose any of the categories contained in the main menu on the left hand side of the homepage.
How reliable is product availability?
Product availability is updated continuously. In case of availability problem, you will be informed by our Sales Department and thus you will be able to change the requested quantity or product(s).
How do I benefit from becoming a Bionic Loyalty cardholder?
Bionic Loyalty cardholders may gather loyalty points (Bionic coins) with every purchase from Bionic Retail stores and Bionic Webstore. They also benefit from special prices on almost all product lines as well as receiving information about new products and technologies.
What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?
As soon as we receive your order, we will inform you by email of the availability date and time or a sales representative may suggest you an alternative solution.
Do you offer any special deals or discounts, such as gift vouchers?
You can contact one of our sales representatives at email@example.com and ask for special deals, especially on large quantities. Moreover, gift vouchers are available at the checkouts in our shops.
What is D.O.A?
Dead On Arrival (D.O.A.) means that when a product was received from the supplier it was already faulty and/or broken and therefore it does not constitute a product fit for the purpose purchased. When a customer buys a D.O.A product he/she must return it to Bionic within 14 days from the date of invoice. The product will be examined by our Service Center and if found faulty, Bionic will replace it with a new one.
What is Lifetime Warranty?
Lifetime warranty is usually a guarantee on the lifetime of the product on the market. As long as a product is manufactured and supplied to the market then it bears a guarantee. When a product has been discontinued and is no longer available the warranty is valid for six months.
What shall I do if the cartridge that I bought is not compatible with my printer?
Unopened cartridges returned within 14 days from the date of purchase can be exchanged with the correct model.
