Can I return my product if I'm not happy with it?
You have a 14-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive the product. Poor satisfaction should be explained to our service administrator as to give you a product that best fits your requirements.

What kind of warranty do you offer?
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated.

If the goods I received are damaged what shall I do?
If the parcel is damaged or looks violated, it must be opened in the presence of the courier and a careful check should be carried to verify that the contents of the parcel are in good condition and that all the items in the box correspond to your invoice. However, if this may be the case, the parcel must be returned back to Bionic via courier and we will contact you to arrange a new parcel to be dispatched to you right away.

Do you offer extended warranty for products?
